Calculations are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide. YieldIQ uses transparent formulas you can edit, but real-world results depend on your lender, accountant, council, insurer and the property itself.

Yes. You can cancel a Pro Monthly subscription at any time via Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for.
Your property analyses are stored locally in your browser by default. If you sign in, you can optionally sync. We never sell your data and we don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Yes. You can clear or export your local property analyses from Settings → Data at any time.
Use YieldIQ to understand the numbers, then verify them with a licensed mortgage broker, a registered tax agent or accountant, a conveyancer or property lawyer, and where relevant a qualified buyer's agent. YieldIQ is a modelling tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
