YieldIQ (“YieldIQ”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Hinstech (“Hinstech”), based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By accessing or using YieldIQ you agree to these Terms.
YieldIQ is property investment analysis and modelling software — an educational and calculation tool. It allows you to model cash flow, yield, tax, equity, scaling and other investor metrics for Australian residential property. Outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide.
YieldIQ provides general information and modelling only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, lending, credit or property advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, finance or refinance any property or other asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified, licensed advice before acting.
You must not misuse the service, including (without limitation) unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing intellectual property rights, scraping, reverse engineering, probing or interfering with security, or attempting to circumvent technical limits, paywalls or feature gates.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials (if any) confidential. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.
YieldIQ is offered as a free tier with a single property analysis per 24-hour period, and two paid tiers:

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation and renewal mechanics, see Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time via Paddle’s customer portal. See our Refund Policy.
YieldIQ, its software, models, content and branding are owned by Hinstech and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of data you enter; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
