30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all YieldIQ purchases — both Pro Monthly and Founders Lifetime. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record). You can:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Email us at hello@yieldiqproperty.com.au and we’ll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancelling a monthly subscription

You can cancel a YieldIQ Pro Monthly subscription at any time via the customer portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
